Come and join our Brainhealth & Yoga Retreat in Greece 18-24 may 2024, that is entirely based on science, combined with the power of yoga and energetic therapy, with a view on mountain Olympus.

What is Brainhealth & Yoga Retreat?
* 7-day stay in Eco & Spa Villa near mountain Olympus.
* Daily Brainhealthprogram by our psychologist:
– Science based tools for brainhealth.
– The body-mind-soul connection.
– Self-reflection and action.
– Insights in behavioral patterns.
–Manifest your most beautiful life.
* Daily Yoga- (meditation, mindfulness and breathing) by our Yogateacher.
* Daytrips to Mountain Olympus, Beach, nature
* Access consciousness energitical therapy
* 3 brainhealthy meals a day (vegetarian/vegan/detox)
* Swimming in the pool, relaxing in the sauna/steamroom.
* Daily reflection with psychological support if needed
* Healing women circle
* Online follow-up session 2 weeks after the retreat with Marjolein en Maria.
* Private session “Brainscan” with psychologist (optional)
* Private yoga lesson (optional)
On this journey you get the possibility to open up and heal with the full support of the group, the yoga teacher and our psychologist. In these 7 days you get the chance to work on your brainhealth, emotional blocks, traumas and open up your heart to new possibilities. We will guide you step by step. You will get insights in who you are, your strengths and how u can use these strengths to your benefit. Besides that, you will get insights to aspects you can work on.
In our daily routine at the retreat you will learn rituals that you can easily apply in your everyday life. Like drinking lemon water, intentional writing, short movement and meditations. These rituals will help you stay healthy and mindful on a daily basis.
After this week your energy will be cleansed and recharged. You will have a lot of tools to deal easier with some aspects in your life and you will be part of a supporting group which you can fall back to whenever you want. We always stay in touch after the retreat.

* Drie breingezonde maaltijden( vegetarisch/ vegan, mediteraans en detox).
* Veel zwemmen in het zwembad, ontspannen in de sauna en stoombad.
* Dagelijkse reflectie met zonodig psychologische ondersteuning
* Privé sessie “Brainscan” Psycholoog (optioneel)
* Prive yoga les (optioneel)
* Online nazorg gesprek 2 weken na de retreat met Marjolein en Maria.
